Just send your product back to us, and we will give you a full refund.


  • We can only provide refunds for products purchased directly from our website.
  • If you purchased through another online retailer, their own return policy applies, and you should contact them for a refund.

If you would like to request a refund, please submit this form here. We need the following information to approve your request.

 3. Order#
 4. Choose the appropriate subject

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. If it's’ approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. First recheck your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept a return if the item was sent 8 days past delivery and there was no prior contact with us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit this form here.
