Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet:

1. Recheck your bank account or third-party payment accounts such as PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay as depending on your original method of payment.
2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept a return if the item was sent 8 days past delivery and there was no prior contact with us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit this form here.
